At Tatami Spirit, we offer healths vacations for individual or small groups
Tatami Spirit offer to enjoy all the facilities of the center. (Pool gardens, kitchen, etc.) You have time to disconnect from your daily life and receive a therapeutic section at the group level (Yoga, Qi Gong, Meditation, TRE ®). In addition, if wanted, you can book a separate individual session
According to your needs we develop a work plan that can include the following methods: TRE, QEC – Coaching, Massage with Tibetan Bowls and Gongs, Shiatsu, Reiki, Tarot Coaching, SSP (an audio program for 5 days in a row).
Accommodation:
Two adults sharing room, 80 €/ person. Group treatment is included.
Individual room, 120 €/ person. Group treatment is included.
Food is not included, but you can use the shared kitchen and there are also two restaurants very close to the Center.
If someone wants to accompany you without taking treatments, you are very welcome. Price for this person will be € 50 per night.
The price for an individual treatment is 50 €.
