Intensive Yoga Teachers Training Course
The Intensive Yoga Teachers Training Course lasts for 200 teaching hours and is completed in 3 weeks. During the whole period the student lives at our school and learns what is yoga and how to teach it.
Tatami Spirit is a Yoga School, registered by Yoga Alliance. It is also a member of the International Yoga Federation I.Y.F and Yoga Alliance International. Our Yoga Teachers Training Course is recognized by both of these organisations.
The goal of the course is to give the student a complete picture of Hatha Yoga and to create high quality, professional teachers.
Dates of the course:
The course begins on Monday, 8th of July 2019 (arrival date) and finishes on Sunday, 28 of July 2019 (departure date).
Language in the classes: The practical classes are lead by a teacher in both English & Spanish simultaneously. Theoretical classes are lead in Spanish with a simultaneous translation in English by a translator.

9:00 – 10:45 Hatha Yoga class
11:00 – 11:45 Breakfast
12:00 – 14:00 Theoretical classes
14:00 – 15:00 Free period
15:00 – 17:00 Practical classes
17:00 – 17:30 Asanas workshop
17:45 – 18:45 Karma Yoga (selfless service)
19:00 – 19:30 Meditation
19:45 Dinner
One day per week is a rest day
Accommodation, food and facilities:
Accommodation is simple. Students sleep on bunk beds and rooms are shared with fellow student. There are rooms with 2 and rooms with 3 bunk beds. Final allocation of sleeping spaces is based on the proportion of male to female students in the course. Food is vegan. The school is located in a gorgeous location with fantastic views on the Pantano & Maroma mountain. The school has a large garden in which we will be occasionally exercising as well as a large swimming pool available for the students use.
Prices and payment methods:
Price of the course: 2,100 EUR (including accommodation & food)
Method of payment:
Reservation fee: 100 EUR (In cash or bank transfer). This is a non-refundable reservation fee. When having completed the payment, please send us an email with confirmation of payment, full name, DNI and mobile phone number.
Second Payment: 2000 EUR – The second payment can be done after starting the course, during the first week of the course.
Discount: If the full payment is made 15 days before the start of the course, the total price is 1950 EUR.
Payment methods: The course can be payed for by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
Degree:
The received education allows students to teach Yoga in all of it’s forms, register and open a Yoga school or work privately in gyms and other public or private centres.
Upon successfully completing the Intensive Yoga Teachers Training Course, the students receives a Hatha Yoga Teachers Diploma. This confirms that the student has enough knowledge and experience to practice and teach Hatha Yoga to other people. The students is completely prepared to teach Yoga to all people: beginners, advanced, kids, pregnant women and the elderly. The diploma is recognized and carries a registry stamp by Yoga Alliance. Is also recognised by the International Yoga Federation and Yoga Alliance International.
