We all hold stored patterns of stress, tension and trauma through life experiences (consciously or unconsciously). Through TRE® http://spiritcoach.net/en/tre-2/ which is an innovative series of exercises your body will be allowed to release deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma that block the free flow of energy. This is both an informative and experiential session.
- Quantum energy techniques which explore and liberate your unconscious beliefs and transform those into positive and empowering beliefs leading you to a new and empowered lifestyle that is consciously being created by you.
- Sacred rituals and sound healing will allow you to experience your own transformation. Sabine is also a Gong Bath master!
- Special morning yoga designed for menopause supporting the free flow of energy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please make your own hotel arrangements. Do consider that early October is one of the best seasons on the Costa del Sol as the summer heat is residing yet it is still warm (average 24 degrees) with lots of sunshine! Accommodation and flights are in demand and prices go up.
Our lives are full of stories; the story behind this retreat: I worked with Sabine about 10 years ago whenever I was visiting our home in Marbella. I did individual healing sessions and did my Reiki certification. Sabine helped me greatly to open myself up to a deeper awareness within myself. We lost touch as Sabine moved west of Malaga (we are east!). She went on her path and I went on my path! Few days ago, while being in Marbella a little but strong voice wanted me to make contact with Sabine (I had no idea way!). I followed my heart, send Sabine a message and the next day we met!
